Dr. Shikha Sehgal is a member of the Australasian Association of Ayurveda inc. as a practitioner (AAA). She specialises in pulse diagnosis, panchkarma, detoxification, and a variety of disorders affecting men, women, and children. With regard to an individual’s vitiated doshas and constitution, she offers the appropriate ayurveda therapies and nutrition programmes. She has always been an enthusiastic participant in all ayurvedic events. She shared the stage alongside Baba Ramdev, a well-known figure in the fields of ayurveda and yoga, during the Yoga Convention 2019. She has also contributed to the publication of magazines devoted to obtaining success in herbal remedies.
