To fill COWIN application or to register for Covid-19 vaccination phase 3 through the COWIN app, follow the procedure mentioned below:

1. Open the COWIN app or visit cowin.gov.in app official website. 
2. Once the app is open, click on the ‘register/sign in yourself’ option popping on your screen.
3. You can register either through your mobile number or Aadhaar number, so enter any of the numbers you wish to register with.
4. After entering the number, you will get an OTP on your entered mobile number or mobile number linked with your Aadhaar. Enter the OTP that you received.
5. When you are successfully verified and registered on the COWIN app or portal, you can schedule your appointment at your desired date and time.
6. After the inoculation is done, a Reference ID is provided to get a vaccination certificate.

How to register in the Aarogya Setu app (linked with the COWIN app) for vaccination?

To register for vaccination through the Aarogya Setu app follow the procedure mentioned below:

1. The first step is to download the app from the play store or apple store.
2. Once the app is installed, open the app. 
3. On the home screen, you will see a COWIN tab. Click on it.
4. Then click on vaccination registration. 
5. Once you will click, the next step is to enter the phone number. 
6. Then you will receive an OTP on that number. Enter the OTP. 
7. Then click on verify.  
8. Once the identity or number is verified, you will be drawn to the Registration of Vaccination page.
9. Then, make an appointment for vaccination on your desired date and time. 

How many dosages of vaccine to take and when? 

• Each citizen is instructed to take two dosages of the vaccine.
• 2^nd dose of Covaxin: Take between 28 days to 42 days after the first dose. 
• 2^nd dose of Covishield: Take between 28 days to 56 days after the first dose. 

Now, as everyone above 18 years of age is eligible for vaccination from 1^st may so get yourself vaccinated by following the procedures mentioned below:

1. Open the COWIN portal at cowin.gov.in or COWIN or Aarogya Setu app.
2. Registration for 18+ will begin from 28^th April 2021 onwards so get yourself registered from 28-04-2021 
3. After that schedule the appointment for vaccination.  
4. Where will the vaccination be done? 

Vaccination will be done at private vaccination centers and government vaccination centers where the vaccine has been procured directly by the respective state government.

5. Appointment confirmation or any information related to vaccination will be provided through the registered mobile number.
6. Carry the appointment slip and photo ID card (used for registration) to the vaccination center on the day of vaccination.
